Terms of Service

Scope and acceptance

These Terms of Service apply to the FriendlyCrm website, registration flows and clinic application (the Service). An authorized representative accepts the commercial agreement on behalf of the clinic. Invited staff use the Service under the clinic’s authorization; accepting a staff invitation does not by itself give that person authority to bind the clinic to a new commercial agreement.

Customers and authorized users

The Service is intended for veterinary clinics and similar organizations and their authorized staff. Users must be at least 18 years old. Anyone accepting a commercial agreement on behalf of an organization must have authority to do so. Registration details must be accurate and account credentials kept confidential.

Acceptable use

You may use the Service only for lawful veterinary and related business purposes. You must not misuse the Service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with other users, or upload malicious code. You are responsible for all activity under your organization’s accounts.

Customer data

Your organization controls the data entered into FriendlyCrm, including pet owner and patient information. You are responsible for the accuracy of that data, for obtaining any required consents and permissions, for complying with veterinary and privacy laws that apply to you, and for responding to data subject requests from your clients.

Subscriptions and payments

Subscription plans, usage limits, and features are described in the product and in your plan selection. Payments, invoicing, applicable taxes, plan renewals, cancellations, and any refunds are handled by our third-party payment provider under its own terms and, where applicable, as the seller or merchant of record; FriendlyCrm does not separately process your payment card details. If a subscription is not paid through that provider, access to paid features may be suspended or limited after any notice required by law.

Termination

The Service is provided on a subscription basis. Either party may end the relationship according to your agreement or by closing the organization account where the product allows. Upon termination, access may end and data may be deleted or retained as described in our Privacy Policy and your separate agreement.

Suspension

Access may be suspended or restricted immediately where there is a reasonable belief of a security risk, abuse, or material breach of these Terms. Your administrators may be notified when practical.

Intellectual property

FriendlyCrm and its content, software, and branding are protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive right to use the Service during your subscription for your internal clinic operations. You may not copy, resell, or reverse engineer the Service except as allowed by law.

Warranties and liability

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” to the extent permitted by applicable law. Except where the law does not allow it, we disclaim implied warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amount paid for the Service for your organization in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim, or, where a separate written agreement applies, the amount stated in that agreement. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Applicable law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the law specified in your commercial agreement with us, or otherwise by the laws applicable to the FriendlyCrm operator identified in your contract. Disputes should be resolved as set out in that agreement.

Changes to these terms

These Terms may be updated. Updates will appear on this page with an updated “Last updated” date. Material changes may be communicated by email or in-product notice. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
